Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it is the duty of every parish authority, including Parish Councils, to adopt and maintain a publication scheme.
The Council has considered and adopted the New Model Publication Scheme prepared by the Information Commissioners Office and the detailed information that is relevant to the Council.
